Build a Career. Not Just Another Job.

Since 2006, MINT Landscaping has been creating and maintaining some of the finest outdoor spaces in the Lake Norman area. We are known for quality workmanship, professionalism, and taking pride in every property we service.

We are looking for dependable, experienced professionals who want to grow with a company that values hard work, accountability, and excellence.

We are not looking for people who simply want a job. We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work, show up every day, respect customers and coworkers, and want to build a long-term career. If that describes you, we'd love to meet you.
